In some cases, diet and physical activity alone are unable to change the appearance of our thighs. In such cases, a surgical thigh lift is performed, which allows for the contouring of the thighs by removing excess skin and fat tissue.
Drains are removed in the first few days after surgery. The patient returns to the clinic for dressing changes and suture removal. Movement is possible on the day of surgery. Suture removal occurs no sooner than 14 days after surgery.
For approximately two weeks after surgery, it is recommended to limit physical activity (avoid sudden movements and strenuous physical exertion). During the initial postoperative period, hot baths, saunas, and tanning beds should be avoided.
A thigh lift involves the removal of excess skin and subcutaneous fat. The incision is most often made in the groin, along the lateral edge of the pubic hair, and on the inner thighs.

The stitches are removed no sooner than 14 days after surgery, and it is recommended to limit physical activity during this time.
