Yes. Every patient must complete a qualifying visit before treatment. The doctor will assess their health, discuss treatment options, determine the type of procedure or surgery planned, and indicate the necessary diagnostics and the expected length of stay. All information will be recorded on the Qualification Card, which forms the basis for concluding a treatment contract.
At the designated time, please report to the reception desk (entrance from Osikowa Street). The receptionist will check your documentation, including the Qualification Card and contract, and then escort you to the ward.
We recommend bringing only the most essential items, including:
medical records,
pajamas and slippers,
hygiene supplies.
Personal belongings can be stored in a locked cabinet, and outerwear should be left in the deposit.
No. During your stay at the Clinic, you are not allowed to take medications or undergo any procedures without the consent of your attending physician or the physician on duty. Qualified staff ensures patient safety.
Yes, it is possible to accommodate your loved one in one of two available hotel rooms (single or double). Prior contact with the Patient Care Coordinator is required to arrange the details.
At the clinic, we offer a wide range of medical treatments and procedures, individually tailored to the patient’s needs. During the qualifying visit, the doctor discusses available treatment methods, explains their course, and helps choose the safest and most effective solution. The detailed scope of treatments is always determined during the consultation.
Yes. The clinic allows for payment splits for commercial services. Through the “PayPlus” system, services from PLN 10 to PLN 5,000 can be repaid in 4, 8, or 12 equal installments.
Yes. For endoscopic procedures, a deposit is required to book:
Gastroscopy and colonoscopy: PLN 200 deposit, payment due no later than 4 days (96 hours) before the appointment.
Capsule endoscopy: PLN 500 deposit, payment due no later than 5 business days (120 hours) before the appointment.
If the patient fails to show up or cancels their reservation less than the required number of hours/days before the appointment (4 days for gastroscopy/colonoscopy, 5 business days for endoscopy capsule), the deposit will be forfeited and retained by the clinic.
If the cancellation occurs within the required time, the deposit will be refunded in full.
If the procedure cannot take place due to reasons attributable to the clinic, the deposit may be transferred to another date or refunded in double the amount.
