All dietary programs are always individually tailored to the needs and expectations of patients. When designing meal plans, the dietitian always considers a variety of factors, such as health status, body composition, activity level, laboratory test results, taste preferences, culinary skills, food intolerances, and more. Each dietary program is carefully considered. No patient receives a menu while waiting during their appointment.
I focus solely on providing direct dietary assistance. I do not condition the effectiveness of nutritional therapy by requiring the purchase of any preparations or other products. I am solely involved in dietetics, not in sales activities.
I collaborate daily with physicians and specialists in other medical fields, who help me solve more complex problems on a daily basis.
I regularly participate in training, conferences, and professional development courses organized by both educational institutions and universities, allowing me to continually gain and expand my knowledge.
The dietary programs I offer are not only developed to the highest substantive standard, but are also characterized by excellent publishing quality.
Long-lasting, difficult-to-diagnose symptoms may be due to delayed type III food allergy (hidden food hypersensitivity). In such cases, increased levels of IgG antibodies to intolerant foods can be detected in the blood. Because hypersensitivity symptoms appear relatively late after eating (from a few hours to a few days), they are often not associated with the food being eaten. Therefore, it’s a good idea to investigate which food ingredients your body is intolerant to and then temporarily eliminate them from your diet.
